Order Policies

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit once orders has been placed.

Telephone orders must provide a Credit/Debit card number for security deposits. All credit card transactions will incur a 3% transaction fee. Deposit refunds will not be made for cancellations and are non-transferable.

Allergy Warning

Every product produced in our bakery is made with shared equipment that may have come in contact with allergens including but not limited to: Dairy, Chocolate, Peanuts, Walnuts, Wheat, Gluten, etc.  We advise all customers with allergies to proceed with caution.

Cake Orders

Custom cakes should be ordered at least 10 days in advance. That includes size, flavor, filling, color and decoration. Orders are not booked and confirmed until we have received a deposit or paid in full.

Changes to Order

In the event you need to make changes to your order (including size, flavor, filling, color or decoration), you must give us a 72 hours notice before the pickup date.

Rush Order

Last minute orders (within 48 hours from pickup date) are FINAL when placed and cannot be changed or cancelled. Last minute orders must be paid in full at time of order and a $10 rush fee will be applied.

Quality

We require that you bring the remaining portion of the product back for our examination. This allows us to do our due diligence in claim. If it is determined that something did go wrong in the manufacturing process we can choose to replace the item or give credit for a future purchase. It is your responsibility to retain the item for examination. If no product is able to be returned for examination, no matter the reason, no compensation will be offered. All quality disputes must be made within one day of pick up.

Pick Up

Please be punctual for your pick up time. It is essential you arrive during your scheduled pick up time as we may not be available before or after this time. We will make an attempt to contact you to remind you about your order. If you’re running late, give us a call. You are responsible for the remaining balance in the event of a no-show.

Transportation

We don’t provide delivery therefore you are responsible for transporting your order. You are liable and responsible for the condition of the cake once it leaves our premises.

Pan Dulce/Salado Orders

Order-only or large quantity (15 pieces and more) breads should be order at least one week in advance. During holiday season it is highly encouraged to place your order at least 10 days in advance.
